Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be processed and we may be unable to make adjustments.
If your cancellation is successful, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident DustEase™ will improve your workspace, and we want you to feel the same. If, after using the product for at least 14 days, you’re still not satisfied, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any applicable shipping fees).

Damaged Items

We carefully package each DustEase™ product to ensure it arrives safely. A product is considered damaged if it is physically broken or defective. Slight cosmetic damage to packaging (such as a dented box) where the product itself remains functional is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery at support@dustease.co with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll issue a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not refund or replace items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
DustEase™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is provided and we’re not notified within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
