Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier and is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information to follow your delivery.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take longer due to increased volume. We appreciate your patience during these times!

Order Changes & Shipping Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. If you need to make a change, email us at support@dustease.co within 24 hours of placing your order.
If we detect an issue with your address, we may reach out to confirm your details. If no response is received within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet all delivery windows, delays may occur due to courier disruptions, extreme weather, customs clearance, or supply chain issues.
We will always do our best to keep you informed of any delays and assist with tracking updates if needed. However, DustEase™ is not liable for delays caused by external factors outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the courier, it is out of our control. In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us at support@dustease.co and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
We may also contact the courier on your behalf and provide updates as available. In some cases, we may issue a replacement depending on the situation.
Please note: DustEase™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these cases are not covered under our refund policy. We recommend filing a police report if theft is suspected.
